I want to ask a question - I don´t know how to install the program, because it doesn´t run automatically after downloading - I see only file with items and I don´t know what to do. The installation didn´t begin automatically. Maybe, there could be problem with Adobe 9 (I have only 7). Please, could you help me? Thank you.

That is why i tried to update the swf file from 1.6 to 2.1 but there is no use at all. We are not able to find the soluton for this, could you please help on this.

Easy to use, hard to install.

I've installed onto two webservers with php script, everythings working as documented, but the file doesn't uploading. The flash interface tells that upload 100% complete, but there is not a single file or some error message. I gave all the writing rights to all of the folders. You should improve the error messaging.

Link "Software 1.7.3" right near "upload" button makes this thing useless. Stopped test right after I saw this sign - to continue work with brilliant uploader.

Works good but has a problem

This program works fine but has a problem.

In linux upload files correctly but does not show the progress bar, only says uploading and the scroll bar does not change and when the file is loaded completly shows 100%

If you have the answer to this problem it would be great for me, send me an email to

Best regards

This is an excellent piece of software, which makes it easy for all of us to implement a flash based file-upload system.

MultipowUpload did the job

With MultipowUpload we achieved to upload multiple files at a time. I fact we only are using the flash component to browse for the files and to upload them. We are still using our own php script, adapted with the code we found in the example, so we can link the uploaded files with our album. This makes that we can upload multiple files for a specific album on our site, and that we can determine in which folder the files are being stored. We are not only storing the pictures, but we also create a thumbnail for it. So we were able to create a complete integrated solution for uploading multiple pictures for our website.

Good software, exactly what I was looking for

This flash program makes uploading files very very easy. Although a tad bit painful to integrate when headers already sent. It is customisable but you definitely need to write some secure upload form to use the program safely.

Great upload tool

The best I found so far. Has no problems no "script causing flash to run slowly" error.

Looked great but didn`t work every time

This looked great, just what I wanted to upload a load of photos at once. Its a nice interface with a nice status bar. However, it only worked intermittently. Sometimes it would upload the file and tell me beautifully how long I had left. Other times, it would appear to start but not finish! Refreshing the page and starting again would sometimes make it work and sometimes it wouldn't. I'm using the latest version of flash and connecting to a reliable network drive to upload the files. I'm also using it in a .net form. I hope you fix it cos it looks like a great product. Good luck!

Love it!

MulitPowUpload solved a problem by creating an easy way for our staff to bulk upload images to our website without needing to understand FTP.

Liked it, but...

...but the interface is too clunky for our use. Our client wanted something with a basically 'invisible'
interface, something with only one button to push and without a huge box with all that status text... we
have VERY picky clients when it comes to visuals! Thank you anyway, Adam.

A great multi-upload solution for ASP

I have a site that only has the ASPUpload and ASPImage components installed. Although you can upload multiple files,m you have to choose them one at a time and barring a javascript that adds extra form fields, you are limited by how many images you can upload. I tried this script with the included freeASPUpload script and it worked great. You can select multiple files and upload them all at once and it has an attractive interface that tells you its progress. The only thing I would like is a better explanation of how to incorporate it into other Upload scripts like ASPUpload. I tried to get it to use my existing script that uses ASPUpload and ASPImage to upload the images and put them in a database, but have had not luck. It would be nice to have an option to add database Inserting capabilities. The script "as is" is excellent though...

I found out that it was impossible to show the list of downloads online, without the need to enter each file+title in the config.

Still trouble

After trying this, I still cannot make it function (error 500 while uploading...?!?) but I believe that the program's potential is excellent...

A flash which helps me with my gallery script

Hi there,
I am very pleased with this script! It helped me with my gallery page. I am using it in the administration panel to upload picutres! It is great because I always upload a big package of picutres and it helps me a lot!

(In all my projects I use php)

I am also using this script on my high-school class web page! My class mates are very pleased with this interface and it is outstanding!!! We can put there our scans, homeworks, tests etc.

I am using the "UploadWithForm" type of this script because I need to send some variables (in my gallery: I set the picture's category)

I'm only not pleased with the RESULT mechanism. It doesn't work in IE, and in other browsers it is only showing some primary information - I know the file name, but I don't know where was it written! (Category == folder) So I had to use templorary file to save the location... so there can be mistakes when 2 people upload a file at one time.

But I hope you shall fix it :D :D

best wishes!
